Samaritan’s Purse (SP) is a non denominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. The organization has helped meet the needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease and famine and operates in various regions around Ethiopia.

Position 1: Registered Nurse

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• BSC in Nursing.
• Current Licensure in Nursing.
• 4 – 5 years in hospital/ clinic setting or NGOs, preferably in low-resource setting.

Position 2: Cash & Livelihood Technical Lead

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• BA/BSc Degree in Agriculture, Livestock Production, Agricultural Economics, Horticulture, Economics or related fields;
• 3 – 4 years related experience, preferably in NGO

LANGUAGE

• Proficiency in English and Amharic
• Knowledge of the regional language required
• Knowledge of any other national language is a plus

Position 4: Livelihood Program Manager

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree in Social Science fields, International Development, Agriculture, Economics, Disaster risk management or related relevant field of studies
• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Field level project management experience in livelihoods and/or development work preferred

LANGUAGE

• Proficiency in English and Amharic
• Knowledge of the regional language required
• Knowledge of any other national language is a plus

Place of Work: ,Shire ,North Wollo, Jara

Position 5: Warehouse Assistant

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• BA Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in warehouse management, logistic, transport operation.
• NGO experience preferred

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 6: Roving Fleet Officer.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• BA degree in Procurement, supply chain management, purchasing management, Business management, Marketing management, or related field.
• 3 – 4 Years’ experience in a similar setup preferably in INGO/NGO.

LANGUAGE

• Proficiency in English and Amharic
• Knowledge of the regional language required
• Knowledge of any other national language is a plus

Position 7: Procurement Officer

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• B.A. degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field.
• 3 – 4 years of proven relevant progressive work experience preferably in an international NGO in procurement.
