Position 1: Finance & Admin Officer
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- BA Accounting, Finance or related field of study
- 3 – 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with NGOs will be an added advantage
LANGUAGE
- Proficiency in English and Amharic
- Knowledge of the regional language required
- Knowledge of any other national language is a plus

Position 2: Public Health Care (PHC) Support Officer
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- BSC Degree in Public Health, Health Science, or related field
- Updated professional practice license
- 2 years post-qualification work experience preferably in low setting area
LANGUAGE

- Knowledge of the regional language required
- Knowledge of any other national language is a plus

Position 3: Medical Doctor & Team Lead
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Minimum 5-year’ experience in hospital or clinic setting, preferably in low-resource setting.
- Renewed medical practitioner license is mandatory
- INGO experience is a plus
LANGUAGE

Position 4: Logistics & Procurement Officer
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- BA degree in Procurement, supply chain management, purchasing management, Business management, Marketing management, or related field.
- 3 – 4 Years’ experience in a similar setup preferably in INGO/NGO.
LANGUAGE
- Proficiency in English and Amharic
- Knowledge of the regional language required
- Knowledge of any other national language is a plus
Location: Adwa
Position 5: Human Recourse Officer
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
- 3 – 4 years’ experience in HR preferably in another INGO
LANGUAGE
- Proficiency in English and Amharic
- Knowledge of the regional language required
- Knowledge of any other national language is a plus
Location: Shire & Adwa
Position 6: Program Development Manager
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Community Development, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role within the NGO sector, preferably in Ethiopia or the Horn of Africa.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with experience supervising others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Commitment to empathy, integrity, responsibility, transparency, and efficiency.
