Position 1: Enterprise Systems & Sales Operations Specialist
Must have technical / professional qualifications:Â
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in enterprise operations, telecom systems, sales operations, or billing environments
• Experience with CRM systems and enterprise tools
 • Working knowledge of telecom billing and revenue processes
• Experience in sales operations and workflow management
• Strong Excel and basic BI reporting skills
• Exposure to process automation tools and workflows
• Understanding of enterprise sales processes and order management

Position 2: Senior Manager: Record to Report
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7–10 years’ progressive experience in financial reporting, accounting, auditing, or financial control roles.
- Experience within a multinational organization, telecommunications environment, shared services environment, or leading audit firm is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in statutory reporting, Group reporting, IFRS implementation, and audit management.
- Experience with ERP platforms and finance transformation programs is an added advantage.

Position 3: Lead – Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability
Must have technical / professional qualifications:Â
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of progressively responsible experience in ESG, Sustainability, Climate Change, Corporate Responsibility, Human Rights, Governance or Enterprise Risk Management.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide ESG programs in a large or multinational organization.
- Experience of engaging with Executive Leadership, Boards, regulators and external stakeholders.
- Telecommunications or infrastructure sector experience is desirable.

Position 4: MPESA Marketing Communication and Brand Manager
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Experience: 5–7 years in marketing, brand management, or integrated marketing communications.
- Brand & Campaign Management: Proven experience in brand building and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Creative & Agency Management: Strong creative development and agency management skills.
- Consumer Insights: Ability to use research and data to improve marketing performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams and partners.
