Position 1: Specialist : Contact Center Planning and Delivery

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

 
  • BSc in computer science/engineering/IT/Software engineering/
  • 3 year experience systems planning and support.
  • 1 year of experience in DEVOPS and programming in major OOP languages: Java/C++/C#. Experience RDBMS and NoSQL db desired.
  • Good Experience in java script and report builder tools 
  • Good understanding about cloud concepts – DC virtualization, containerization, Kubernetes, CICD Pipeline
  • 1 year Experience in Linux and /ubuntu or windows OS.
  • Experience in IT related projects 
  • Good interpersonal relationships.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Position 2: Senior Accountant-Credit Control

Qualifications

  • Accounting or related Finance bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.  ACCA will be an added advantage. 
  •  3-4 years’ experience in a Credit Control administrative and/ or account management role in debt management experience in a well-run company working with multiple business partners  
  • Proven experience & good understanding of debt 
  • acquisition and management and Experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans. 
  • Experience in Oracle or any other ERP

Position 3: Systems Engineer – BSS

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • BSc. Degree in Telecommunication Engineering/Electrical & Electronics engineering/Computer Science/IT.
  • 2 years’ experience a busy telecommunication/ IT environment or Software Engineering with good knowledge in planning for BSS Solutions such as CRM, Billing, Voucher Management
 

Desired 

  • Working knowledge in Unix/Linux systems and Databases – Oracle, MySQL, Postgres.
  • Working knowledge with Virtualized/cloud/cloud Native solutions

Position 4: Senior Manager – Treasury & Cash Management

Qualifications
  • Qualified Accountant CPA /ACCA/CIMA/ACA and a member of a professional body with a finance or related Honors degree from a recognized university would be preferred 
  • 5-8 years accounting and treasury experience in a well-run company
  • 3-5 year(s) at a manager level extensive experience in treasury operation such as bank reconciliations, managing multiple bank accounts including retail collection accounts and complex treasury and banking payment systems.

Position 5: Executive Head of Department – Fleet, Facilities and Property Management

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • First degree in Architecture/ Land & Building Economics/ Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in project and property management 
  • Professional Certificates in Fleet Operations 
  • Certification in Project Management 
  • Certification in Quantity surveying or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Position 6: Executive Head of Department – Digital and Lifestyle

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).Experience:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM, preferably within the telecommunications or service industry.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale digital loyalty programs, from concept to execution
  • Experience in leveraging data analytics to design and optimize customer loyalty strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Loyalty programs on mobile app and digital platform ecosystems and user engagement strategies
