Position 1: Digital & Financial Services Audit Manager
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Upper second-class degree in Technology or Business-related courses from a recognized University.
- Professional qualifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, ACCA, CRISC, or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in data analytics and technology-enabled auditing for large-volume transactional environments. Proven Capability in using analytics tools like IDEA and/or Python in analytics.
- Experience leading by leverage internal controls as a business enabler and as a catalyst for business efficiency, compliance, and sustainable business growth.
- Proficiency in automated controls implementation.
- Experience in conducting IT audits and risk assessments.
- Visualization – Ability to interpret complex datasets, apply analytics, and present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation – Skilled in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks across digital and financial services operations.
- Experience in successfully delivering audit engagements and strategic projects assurance.
- Regulatory Compliance – Strong understanding of financial services regulations, AML/CFT, data protection, and consumer protection requirements.
- Cybersecurity Awareness – Knowledge of cyber risks affecting DFS platforms, payment systems, and customer data, with focus on control effectiveness.
- Financial Analysis – Proficient in evaluating financial data, transaction flows, and revenue processes to identify anomalies and control gaps.
- Process Improvement – Capable of assessing end-to-end processes and recommending practical, value-adding improvements in efficiency, governance, and controls.
Position 2: Manager – M-PESA Enterprise Payments
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology or related fields.
- Business Competencies:
- Must have 3+ years’ experience having directly launched/managed/ operated a mobile money/ mobile banking product.
Fintech background:
- Fintech and Technical background Experience with ability to collaborate closely with engineers.
- Creativity and Innovation
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to anticipate roadblocks and provide proactive solutions.
- Deep understanding of user experience, identifying user needs, and prioritizing user feedback.
Position 3: Manager Trade Marketing-Events and Promotions
Job Requirements
- Degree in a Business-related field.
- Post graduate certification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Very strong focus on Customer insights and proven ability to combine numbers and analytics to understand, predict and influence customer behavior
- Intermediate knowledge of business finance principles is essential.
- 5 years hands on experience in Sales, Marketing
