Founded in 2015 and managed by licensed journeyman plumber Ephrem M., the company specializes in residential and commercial plumbing alongside complete HVAC services.

Position: Entry-Level Construction

Position Overview

This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity designed for recent Civil Engineering graduates seeking hands-on exposure to U.S. construction estimating practices, quantity takeoffs, and project bidding.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering ONLY
  • Graduation Year: Must be a 2018 Ethiopian Calendar (E.C.) graduate
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, materials, and methods
  • Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, sharp attention to detail, and proficiency with computers
  • Communication: Solid written and spoken English communication skills
  • Workstation Requirements:
    • Personal, reliable computer suitable for daily work
    • High-speed, stable internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated home workspace

Key Responsibilities

  • Review construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
  • Assist in performing quantity takeoffs and material counts
  • Identify and organize material and equipment requirements
  • Request, compile, and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Draft basic cost estimates and client proposals
  • Assist senior estimators with complete bid preparation packages
  • Maintain structured estimating files, databases, and project records

Location: Remote – Ethiopia

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Ethiopia Local Time)
