Position 1: Junior Import/Export Officer

Qualification:

 
  • BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Procurement

Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of a team to deliver satisfaction in Import & exports for all accounts
  • Export Shipment booking on shipping Line system (CMA CGM, MSC & Maersk)
  • Submitting Shipping Instruction, VGM on shipping line system and reviewing draft B/L for
    confirmation.
  • To complete customs procedures, and work with appointed routed agents and company
    operated services.
  • Prepare and provide documents to customers in accordance with the terms of shipment SOPs
  • Administrative skills to complete all required paperwork for the import & export process
  • To be able to assist in file billing and quarries relating to costs
  • To use great interpersonal and customer care skills to build relationships timely manner

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Electrical Engineer – Maintenance

Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional certification or license is an advantage.
  • Additional training in electrical safety or industrial system is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine preventive measures on electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform inspections of electrical panels, distribution boards, wiring, lighting, and control systems.
  • Coordinate with facility managers to schedule planned maintenance and support operational needs.
  • Provide on-call support for urgent electrical issues and emergencies.
  • Recommend improvements, upgrades, or replacement of aging or inefficient systems.
  • Supervise and guide technicians or external contractors when needed.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
  • Report recurring issues and propose long-term solutions to management.
