Position: Tele Marketer
Qualification
- BA Degree/Diploma in any Social Science or related field of study
Experience
- 2/3 years of relevant experience
Job Description of Tele Marketer
- Answers incoming calls from prospective customers;
- Tries to contact prospective customers using a given phone directory to sell products;
- Uses scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc.
- Obtains customer information such as name and address and requirements of customers;
- Asks customers relevant leading questions to understand their needs and recommends the best product or service for their purposes;
- Completes customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers;
- Performs other similar duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
