Ranger was founded in May 2009 E.C by two dynamic and well-educated shareholders with a paid-up capital of 5 million birr, aiming to export Ethiopian Arabica Coffee, particularly specialty varieties from the highlands of Ethiopia, to the global coffee market.
Position: Front Office / Administrative Assistant
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in reception, secretarial, or administrative roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Cleanliness and presentability
Front Office and Administrative Assistant
- Receive and welcome visitors and guests professionally.
- Identify different types of guests and their needs, providing anticipatory service and exceeding expectations.
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Provide information regarding company services and operations when required.
- Create, maintain, and update databases including event registrations and group records.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare, type, edit, and proofread various documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and communications.
- Provide required administrative forms and documentation for staff.
- Ensure office spaces are properly organized and maintained to support efficiency and comfort.
- Order, receive, and organize office materials and supplies.
- Assist staff members in administrative tasks as required.
- Research and compile data such as news stories, contact information, and related records.
- Create and edit publications, agendas, event invitations, and internal communications.
- Compile and format briefing materials and other documentation as required.
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and recreational programs.
- Organize travel arrangements including accommodation and reservations when required.
- Prepare shipments and mailings as needed.
