We focus on creating imported products while contributing to the economy through locally developed design and manufacturing.
Currently, we are engaged in the industrial sector, providing customized machinery according to client specifications. Our work includes designing and manufacturing component body parts, conducting structural studies, assembling electronic control components, and sourcing products locally.
Position 1: Junior Designer
Educational Background:
- Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar tools.
- Experience with 3D modeling and technical drawing.
- Familiarity with CNC machining or sheet metal design is a plus.
Professional Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Utilize industry-standard design software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.) to create and modify detailed designs
Location: LEBU MEBERAT, Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Accountant
Educational Background:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or senior role is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, or similar).
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
