We collaborate with more than 15 Traveler Made and Virtuoso member travel agencies worldwide.
Anbessa Electric is a high-end electromechanical company specializing in water and energy, situated in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We are currently in the process of expanding our sales team and are seeking a committed and experienced sales officer who can operate with minimal supervision to become a part of our team.
Position: Graduate Trainee – Production, Printing & Quality
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Graduated from a recognized Ethiopian university
- Strong academic performance (CGPA ≥ 3.0 or equivalent is recommended)
Technical & Analytical Ability
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, procedures, and data
- Interest in manufacturing, printing technology, and quality systems
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate clearly with operators, supervisors, and managers
ABOUT THE JOB:
The Graduate Trainee program is an entry-level development role designed for recent engineering graduates who aspire to build long-term careers in manufacturing, printing, and quality management. The program provides structured, hands-on training across different printing technologies, production operations, and quality systems, with clear development pathways into senior technical and management roles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in structured rotational training across printing technologies production operations, and quality departments
• Work closely with senior operators, supervisors, engineers, and quality teams
• Learn machine operation principles, printing processes, and defect prevention techniques
• Support daily production activities, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Demonstrate discipline, leadership potential, and problem-solving skills on the shop floor
