Education Qualification & Experience Requirements; Bachelor’s degree from recognized higher learning institution in Banking & Finance/Accounting & Finance/Management/ Economics/Business Administration/Business Management and other business & economics related fields of study with 1 year relevant banking experience.
Competency Requirements;
Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity & Trust, and Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] & Technical Competency [Sales, & Customer Service].
Language: Fluency in Local Language is Mandatory except for branches located in Hawassa City
