Main responsibilities:
Tracking, analyzing and controlling the costs associated with all departments and projects within the company.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide assessment on budgets and cost projections
- Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings
- Input items, services and prices into ERP system
- Accounting for daily transfer requests for proper cost allocation while maintaining accurate inventory reconciliation
- Stock taking of various stores during month end as well as random spot checks
- Work closely with storekeepers to ensure that all goods issued and received are properly recorded and updated
- Conduct spot checks on receiving items, verifying invoice items and quantities against actual items and quantities received
- Control and monitor company expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all expenditures are captured and properly recorded
- Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste
- Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
- Remain aware of market trends that could impact resource costs

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other related fields
- Fresh graduate or applicants with 1 year experience
