Nisir Microfinance Institution S.C is a leading provider of financial services in Ethiopia, dedicated to supporting Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises. Utilizing its Core Banking System, Nisir offers a variety of credit and savings services.
Established in 2014, it is one of the emerging financial institutions in the country. Currently, it operates across 7 branches and serves over 10,000 clients, renowned for its outstanding customer service.
Position 1: Junior Loan analysis and Relationship Officer
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or related fields
- Experience – Not required (One year of relevant experience in the finance industry is advantageous)
Purpose of the Job:
To support Nisir’s achievement of profitability and asset quality by identifying loan customers, accepting, processing, following up fulfilment of the credit request. After disbursement of loans perform collection and regular loan repayment to improve asset quality by coordinating cross process.

Position 2: Junior IT Auditor
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- 1 – year relevant experience
Purpose of the Job:
To appraise and evaluate information system-related activities in order to assist the management of the company in the decision-making process and in addressing information technology-related risks.

Position 3: Branch Expansion and Performance Officer
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or related fields
- 2-years relevant experience
Purpose of the Job:
To support the growth of Nisir by identifying, developing and opening new branches and monitoring performance of existing ones.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Data Analysis and Market insight Officer
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, Economics or related fields.
- 2-years relevant experience
Purpose of the Job:
To support decision making, planning, strategy development and operational excellence within Nisir by designing and implementing primary research programs/projects to collect and process accurate data. The position is also responsible for supporting accurate and efficient analysis and interpretation of data by providing technical assistance and advice.

Position 5: Project and Change management Officer
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Project Management, or related fields
- 2 years relevant experience
Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the company scale (Attractive)
Number Required: Seven for Vacancy #1 and one for each of the other vacancies.
