Position 1: Graduate Trainee – IT

Qualification and Experience:

  • BSC degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/ Computer Engineering or related field,
  • No experience Required

Year of Graduation: 2025 GC Only.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Junior Customer and Resource Partner

Qualification and Experience:

  • First Degree in a relevant field, with a passing result in the national exit examination.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience is required, with prior experience in hospitality management or service sectors considered an added advantage.

Skills required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Branch Manager

Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Two (2) and Four (4) years of relevant experience for Masters and Bachelor, respectively. Senior position experience.

Salary: As per the company scale (Attractive)

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Director, Audit

Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in banking or Microfinance business out of which four (4) years in a managerial position. Or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or related fields with ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in banking or Microfinance business of which five (5) years in a managerial position.
  • Full professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CIA qualification) are required.
