Position 1: Utility & Equipment Operator
Educational Background
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Technical and Vocational Education (TVET) in Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial operations, equipment operation, maintenance, or utility system management.
- Experience operating and monitoring industrial equipment, utility systems, and production support facilities.
- Experience with compressors, pumps, generators, water supply systems, electrical systems, air systems, boilers, HVAC systems, or similar industrial utilities is advantageous.
- Familiarity with routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting procedures.
- Experience working in manufacturing, construction, industrial, cement, chemical, food processing, or related production environments is preferred.
Position 2: Laboratory Manager / Chief Chemist
Educational Background
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, Applied Chemistry, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Quality Management, or related disciplines are an added advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in laboratory operations, quality control, quality assurance, research and development, or industrial testing environments.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, construction materials, cement, industrial products, pharmaceuticals, food processing, or related industries is advantageous.
- Experience in laboratory management, testing procedures, quality control systems, and technical reporting.
- Familiarity with product testing, raw material inspection, process quality control, and finished product verification.
- Knowledge of national and international quality standards, testing methodologies, and laboratory best practices.
- Experience with laboratory equipment calibration, method validation, and quality management systems is preferred.
Position 3: Quality Control Laboratory Technician
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Laboratory Technology, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Additional training in laboratory techniques, quality control systems, or testing procedures is an advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in laboratory testing, quality control, quality assurance, inspection, or related technical functions.
- Experience in conducting laboratory tests, sample preparation, data recording, and result reporting.
- Experience in raw material inspection, in-process quality control, and finished product testing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment, testing instruments, & quality control procedures.
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, construction materials, cement, pharmaceuticals, food processing, or related industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and good laboratory practices (GLP).
Position 4: Procurement Officer
Qualification
- BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Business Management, accounting or related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement and purchasing experience.
- Experience in sourcing goods, materials, equipment, services, and operational requirements for manufacturing, construction, commercial, or industrial organizations.
- Experience in supplier identification, quotation analysis, contract administration, and vendor relationship management.
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement planning.
- Familiarity with local and international procurement practices.
- Experience in import and export procedures is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Position 5: Store & Inventory Supervisor
Qualification
- BA Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse, storekeeping, and inventory management experience.
- Experience in managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and control of materials, spare parts, equipment, and consumables.
- Experience in inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, and computerized stock control systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing, construction, industrial, commercial, or logistics environment is advantageous.
Position 6: Maintenance Engineer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, processing, or production facilities.
- Experience in the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Experience in planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Familiarity with utility systems, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and production machinery.
- Experience in spare parts management and maintenance documentation.
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and ERP systems is an advantage.
Position 7: Sales & Marketing Manager
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5/7 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, or commercial operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial products, building materials, chemicals, engineering products, or related sectors is advantageous.
- Proven track record in market development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Qualification

Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, occupational safety, environmental compliance, or related functions.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, logistics, mining, energy, or other operational environments is advantageous.
- Experience in implementing workplace health and safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and accident prevention initiatives.
- Familiarity with emergency preparedness, incident investigation, and safety training programs.
