Mol Con A Engineering has worked with government institutions, utilities, international contractors, and private-sector organizations on projects across Ethiopia, including engagements with PowerChina, Sinohydro, Ethiopian Electric Power, Ethiopian Electric Utility, and Habesha Cement. Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC or production machinery systems.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or enterprise asset tools.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or facility
management.
