About the Program
Dr. Plus, in partnership with a leading non-governmental organization (NGO), is launching a special initiative aimed at empowering women in healthcare and supporting female medical professionals who may face financial challenges in accessing essential clinical tools.
Through this initiative, eligible female healthcare professionals will receive a free medical equipment package designed to strengthen their daily clinical practice and enhance the quality of patient care delivered within their communities.
As part of the program, selected participants will also attend a one-day Personal Development Training focused on professional growth, communication, leadership, workplace effectiveness, and career advancement. Participation in this training is a mandatory component of the program.
Qualified applicants are encouraged to register promptly, as spaces are limited and applications will be processed within the program timeline.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be female healthcare professionals in one of the following categories:
- Medical Doctors (MDs/GPs)
- Registered Nurses
- Health Officers (HOs)
- Midwifery Professionals

Responsibilities
Selected participants will be expected to:
- Complete the registration process accurately.
- Submit all required information for eligibility verification.
- Maintain active communication during the selection and distribution process.
- Attend and actively participate in the mandatory one-day Personal Development Training.
- Collect the equipment package during the designated distribution period.
- Utilize the donated equipment responsibly in support of healthcare service delivery.
