Position 1: Junior Data Analyst

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or related roles.
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position 2: Internal Audit Officer

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Auditing, Business Administration, Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in internal audit, external audit, compliance, risk management, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and auditing principles.
  • Knowledge of inventory and operational auditing is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems and audit tools is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills.

Position 3: Stock Control Officer

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inventory management, stock control, warehouse operations, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and stock control procedures.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Position 4: HR & People Welfare Coordinator

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resources, employee relations, administration, employee engagement, or people management.
  • Good understanding of Ethiopian labor laws and HR practices.
  • Experience in employee welfare, engagement, and retention programs is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Position 5: Sales & Distribution Officer

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, distribution, telecommunications, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and channel distribution management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector is an added advantage.

Position 6: Senior Finance Officer

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Finance, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, auditing, financial planning, budgeting, or financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, financial analysis, and internal controls.
  • Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), inventory accounting, and channel/distribution finance is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and accounting software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in telecommunications, distribution, FMCG, or related industries is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
