Position 1: Junior Warehouse Officer – Coffee Warehouse

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory procedures.
  • Good numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to perform physical warehouse activities and work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily coffee warehouse operations and physical stock handling.
  • Support receiving, weighing, stacking, storage, loading, and dispatch activities.
  • Accurately record coffee receipts, stock movements, and dispatches.
  • Assist with physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ensure proper identification, organization, and handling of coffee within the warehouse.
  • Support warehouse cleanliness, safety, security, and proper record keeping.

Position 2: Accountant

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in tax accounting.
  • Good knowledge of Ethiopian tax procedures and statutory tax requirements.
  • Practical experience with VAT, Withholding Tax, and Income Tax.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process company tax declarations and related documentation.
  • Ensure timely filing and payment of statutory taxes.
  • Prepare VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax, and other applicable tax filings.
  • Maintain accurate tax records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Review financial transactions for appropriate tax treatment.
  • Reconcile tax accounts with accounting records.
  • Coordinate and communicate with tax authorities on tax-related matters.
  • Provide required documentation and support during tax audits and inspections.

Position 3: Cashier

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6 months–1 year of relevant experience in cashiering or a similar financial role.
  • Good understanding of cash handling, petty cash controls, and basic accounting procedures.
  • Strong numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process cash transactions and approved forms of payment.
  • Issue official receipts, payment vouchers, and other cash-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate cash books and daily cash records.
  • Handle petty cash disbursements and reconciliations.
  • Reconcile daily cash balances and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Deposit company collections into designated bank accounts.
  • Maintain proper filing of cash receipts, payment records, and supporting documents.
  • Prepare daily and periodic cash reports.

Position 4: Warehouse Supervisor – Coffee Warehouse

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant qualification/experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and physical stock management.
  • Proven supervisory, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Coffee warehouse experience is an advantage.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily coffee warehouse operations and physical stock handling.
  • Oversee receiving, weighing, stacking, storage, loading, and dispatch of coffee.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper control of physical stock.
  • Conduct stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
  • Supervise warehouse workers and ensure proper execution of assigned duties.
  • Ensure warehouse safety, security, cleanliness, organization, and effective space utilization.
  • Coordinate warehouse activities with logistics and export teams.

Position 5: Senior Export Documentation Officer – Coffee Export

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant qualification/experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in export documentation.
  • Good understanding of export documentation, customs, banking, and shipping requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and document-control skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Coffee export documentation experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate documentation requirements for coffee export shipments.
  • Prepare, review, verify, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of export documents.
  • Coordinate export documentation and follow-up with buyers, banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs, Ethiopian Coffee and Tea Authority, Chamber of Commerce, and other relevant authorities.
  • Prepare and follow up on commercial invoices, packing lists, export permits, certificates, and shipping documents.
  • Ensure all export documentation is processed and submitted within required timelines.
  • Monitor documentation status, identify discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing, and tracking systems.

Position 6: Senior Logistics & Operations Officer – Coffee Export

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant qualification/experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or export operations.
  • Good knowledge of shipment coordination, transportation, warehouse and export logistics operations.
  • Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict operational deadlines.
  • Coffee export experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the physical and operational activities of coffee export shipments from preparation through dispatch.
  • Coordinate container allocation, stuffing, loading, and dispatch activities.
  • Arrange and coordinate trucks and transportation services for export shipments.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, railway/train station authorities, shipping lines, and other logistics service providers.
  • Coordinate with surveyors, fumigators, laboratories, and other relevant service providers.
  • Monitor shipment progress and ensure all activities are completed within required timelines and before vessel cut-off dates.

Position 7: Senior Accountant

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant qualification/experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, particularly in AP, AR, General Ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
  • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate accounting records and financial transaction postings.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger activities.
  • Review accounting entries, vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure proper classification and recording of financial transactions.

Position 8: Driver

Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid Ethiopian Driving License appropriate for the assigned vehicle category.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience.
  • Good knowledge of Addis Ababa routes and road conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle operation and routine checks.
  • Disciplined, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles for official business activities.
  • Transport employees, documents, materials, and company property to designated locations.
  • Conduct daily routine checks of vehicle condition and report maintenance requirements.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, tidiness, and proper operating condition.
  • Comply strictly with traffic laws and company vehicle policies.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, fuel records, and trip records.
  • Support document delivery, material collection, and other official assignments.
  • Ensure the safe and timely completion of assigned trips.
