Position 1: Junior Human Capital & General Services Officer

Person Specifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.

Position 2: Aftersales Quality & Operations Audit Officer

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in operations audit, quality assurance, or after-sales roles.(experiance in furniture field is a plus)
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP systems, audit methodologies (RCA, Lean).
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Position 3: Full Stack Software Developer

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in full stack development (both frontend & backend).
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred).
    • Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP, or Java (Spring Boot).
    • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
    • Version Control: Git/GitHub.

Position 4: Maintenance and Service Supervisor

Educational background: – BSc degree in electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical engineering.

Experience: – Minimum 5 years of proven experience in facility or building maintenance supervision.

  • Strong technical background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience managing technicians and coordinating external maintenance service providers.
  • Ability to read and interpret system drawings, manuals, and operation schedules.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Good computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with maintenance reporting.

Position 5: General Accounting Division Head

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s Degree (MA) is highly preferred.

Experience:

  • Candidates with a BA must possess a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in general accounting and 6 years if there is MA in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior supervisory or management capacity, leading a team of accountants, is required.
