Position 1: Phlebotomist
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Phlebotomy, or another qualification recognized under the applicable Ethiopian health regulatory framework.
Required Skills
- Safe venous and capillary blood collection, including pediatric specimen collection.
- Proper specimen identification, labeling, handling, and transportation.
- Infection prevention, laboratory safety, and patient communication.
Work Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position and facility.
Position 2: Receptionist
Educational Qualification
- Diploma.
Work Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position and facility.
Required Skills
- Effective communication and customer service.
- Patient reception and coordination.
Duty Station: Kazanchis and Kilinto IPDC Branches.
Position 3: Customer Account Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Marketing Management.
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position and facility.
Required Skills
- Effective communication and customer account coordination.
Duty Station: Ayat Area Branch.
Position 4: Clinical Nurse
Educational Qualification
- BSc Degree in Nursing.
Work Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Required Skills
- Patient care and clinical communication.
- Acute care support.
Duty Station: Ayat, Kazanchis, and Kilinto IPDC Branches.
Position 5: Medical Ward Head Nurse
Educational Qualification
- BSc Degree in Nursing.
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills
- Clinical communication and acute patient care.
- Medical ward coordination and nursing supervision.
Duty Station: Ayat Area Branch.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Salary: As per company salary scale and benefits package.
Employment Terms: Permanent, subject to satisfactory completion of the probationary period.
