Little is a pan-African app that encompasses a wide range of services and is recognized as one of the largest ride-hailing companies in Africa, operating in cities throughout Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, Zambia, Tanzania, and now Ethiopia. The Little app provides mobility, delivery, and payment solutions by linking customers with drivers, thereby ensuring convenience and transparency for hundreds of thousands of users.
Backed by Safaricom, this ride-hailing app — which seeks to compete with Uber — initially revealed its intentions to enter the Ethiopian market in June 2021. At that time, then-Chief Executive Kamal Budhabhatti informed Business Daily that the company planned to invest Sh540 million (£3.5 million) over the next five years, with an additional Sh540 million expected based on growth forecasts.
Position 1: Sales Lead
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, field operations, customer acquisition, or a similar role.
- Previous experience leading a small team is an advantage.
- Experience in the ride-hailing or mobility industry is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Position 2: Sales Supervisor / Team Lead
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Logistics, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may also be considered.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, field operations, supply operations, or team supervision.
- At least 1 year of experience leading or supervising a team.
- Experience in driver acquisition, field sales, or the ride-hailing industry is an advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
