This position is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional. The Real Estate Salesperson will be tasked with executing sales activities, which include prospecting, generating leads, conducting client meetings, organizing property viewings, negotiating offers, and finalizing deals. This role necessitates excellent communication and negotiation abilities, along with the capacity to establish and nurture relationships with clients. The Real Estate Salesperson will operate from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Qualifications
Real Estate Marketing and Real Estate Sales skills with a minimum of 6 months experience for junior.
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Knowledge of real property and real estate market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- At least 6 months experience in the field.
