Qualifications

- Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, catering operations, or hospitality groups is highly preferred.
- Experience with POS, inventory, and ERP systems is an advantage.
Position 3: Training and Capacity Building Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Training Management, Coaching, or Human Resources are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in training, learning and development, capacity building, or human resource development.
- Experience designing and facilitating training programs is preferred.

Position 4: Administrative Assistant & Receptionist
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, customer service, or office support roles.
