Position 1: Receptionist /Administrative Assistant
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, secretarial, or administrative roles.
- Experience in a corporate, hospitality, real estate, or construction environment is an advantage.
The Receptionist /Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing professional front-desk services while delivering secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, manages communication, coordinates administrative activities, and supports various departments with documentation and office administration.
Position 2: IT Support Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Experience supporting CENT ERP systems is an advantage.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network devices, and supporting users in a fast-paced business environment. Familiarity with CNET, ERP System is highly desirable.
