Position 1: Junior Agronomist
Job Purpose:- To research, plan & implement farms’ planting, cultivation, and harvesting techniques to improving crop yield.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Purpose:- The Senior Field Service Engineer/Technician is responsible for delivering high-level technical service, diagnostics, repair, and maintenance support for a wide range of agricultural machineries in field and workshop environments.The role requires a highly experienced, independent, and self-driven professional capable of handling complex technical issues with minimal supervision while ensuring maximum machine uptime, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.This position plays a critical role in strengthening after-sales service performance, supporting dealership standards, and maintaining strong customer relationships across agricultural operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Service & Diagnostics
Perform advanced troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair of agricultural machinery, including tractors, harvesters, sprayers, and implements.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic system failures using modern diagnostic tools and techniques.

Job Purpose: – To enhance customer satisfaction and confirmation by conducting tests to determine quality of raw materials, processing and finished products.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, samples, finished goods, or stability samples.
Interprets test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and makes recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.
