Position 1: Assistant Store Keeper
An Assistant Store Keeper supports the Store Manager or Store Keeper in overseeing daily warehouse operations. They are responsible for accurately tracking raw materials, components, and finished goods, ensuring efficient inventory flow between the warehouse and the production floor, and maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
Detail Responsibilities
1. Receiving and Dispatching
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming raw materials and parts against delivery notes and purchase orders to verify quantity and quality.
- Safely store items in designated warehouse zones based on material category, size, and weight.
- Issue raw materials and supplies to the manufacturing and production teams based on authorized requisition forms.
- Prepare finished goods for dispatch to customers or distributors, ensuring accurate packing and labeling.
2. Inventory Control and Documentation
- Maintain accurate, real-time stock records and update inventory databases or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and alert the Store Keeper when supplies are running low to prevent production downtime.
- Participate in regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
- Ensure that the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method is applied to prevent material spoilage or obsolescence.
3. Warehouse Safety and Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment, strictly restricting access to unauthorized personnel.
- Enforce health and safety protocols (e.g., proper stacking, wearing Personal Protective Equipment, and handling hazardous materials correctly).
- Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shelving units.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and standard office software like Excel.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform the physical demands of loading/unloading goods. [
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and strong communication skills to coordinate between procurement, finance, and production teams.
Position 2: Cashier Accountant
The Cashier Accountant is responsible for managing all daily cash operations, petty cash disbursements. This role ensures accurate, real-time documentation of routine financial transactions, performs daily cash counts, and bridges the gap between physical cash handling and structural general ledger entries. The ideal candidate maintains tight adherence to internal financial controls and supports the senior finance team during routine reporting cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day petty cash operations, validating all payment vouchers against approved supporting documents.
- Process cash collections from customers and sales agents, issuing official cash receipts immediately.
- Prepare daily cash position reports and perform mandatory daily cash counts, reconciling balances with ledger accounts.
- Verify invoices, tax receipts, and payment approvals to maintain compliance with federal tax regulations.
- Support the accounting department with basic journal entries, data entry into the ERP/accounting software, and organized archiving of physical vouchers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Cashier, Cashier Accountant, within a manufacturing sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel. Thorough understanding of basic bookkeeping and internal control practices.
- Attributes: High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
Position 3: Head of Human Resource Services.
Job Summary
The Human Resource Service Head is responsible for implementing activities related to talent management, talent development, talent acquisition, and onboarding. The position also performs HR operational activities and functions such as supervising day-to-day personnel tasks, receiving applications, compiling and maintaining personnel records, drafting letters and memos, and organizing and tabulating data.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate the company’s hiring process.
- Shortlist applicants and present them to the respective department.
- Keep minutes of meetings, compile required employee information, collect medical and police clearances for new recruits, and conduct reference checks.
- Ensure staffs are paid correctly and on time.
- Manage pensions and benefits administration.
- Organize staff training programs.
- Draft employment, transfer, promotion, and salary increment letters.
- Organize and tabulate data, source documents, and prepare reports.
- Monitor employee attendance.
- Advise on disciplinary and employee performance issues.
- Manage leave administration by preparing leave schedules in consultation with concerned departments, calculating and verifying leave balances, and preparing reports on absenteeism and tardiness.
- Process disciplinary measures in accordance with company guidelines and the Collective Agreement.
- Collect and compile employee performance evaluation reports from departments, analyze results, and prepare summary reports.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college in Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Public Administration.
- Five (5) years of relevant experience, of which at least one (1) year must be in a supervisory or senior position.
