Kadisco Paint and Adhesive Industry S.C., formerly known as Kadisco Chemical Industry PLC, is a privately held enterprise situated in the Akaki Kality Industrial Zone of Addis Ababa. The company has its roots in a modest automotive parts dealership that was active on one of the bustling streets of Addis Ababa during the late 1960s.
Currently, Kadisco manufactures a comprehensive array of paints catering to the construction, industrial, and automotive sectors. Additionally, it produces lacquers for wood and concrete, along with adhesives designed for the wood and leather industries.
Position 1: Executive I – Management Information System (MIS)
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) in any of the following or a related field:
- Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Information Systems
- Software Engineering
- Data Science
- Business Information Systems
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- Other related fields of study
Experience
- Relevant experience in MIS, data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or information systems is preferred.
- Experience in sales and production reporting and analysis is highly desirable.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, FMCG, distribution, or other business environments is an advantage.
- Practical experience preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports is preferred.

Position 2: Executive I- Receptionist
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in Business or any field of study from a recognized university.
Work Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience in a manufacturing company or any reputable business organization is an advantage.

Position 3: Senior Executive – Standardization
| Qualifications | Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.Industry such as Paint, Chemical, Pharma, FMCG, or Automobiles.Certified Quality Engineer.QMS Auditor certification.Domain knowledge in manufacturing processes, specifically in the Paint or Chemical industry. |

| Behavioral Competencies | Should be able to work under pressure with multi-tasking capabilities. |
