Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
• Understanding of basic sales principles and customer handling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing). Knowledge of other local or international languages is a plus.

• Hands-on experience in coffee cupping, sensory evaluation, grading, or quality control
• Prior teaching/training experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Ability to evaluate student performance and maintain training records
• Understanding of industry standards and quality procedures

4. Senior Female B2B Relationship Officer (5 Positions)

Location: Addis Ababa
Gender: Female
Experience: Minimum 3 years
