1. Real Estate Sales Professional
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proven sales experience in the real estate sector
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
- Proficiency in CRM systems, real estate software, and property databases

2. Procurement Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of construction procurement and contract management
- Experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and cost control
- Understanding of logistics, market analysis, and supply chain systems
- Knowledge of procurement laws and standards
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage procurement activities within project timelines
- Proficiency in procurement systems and general IT tools

3. Accountant
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an added advantage
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, IFRS, and tax laws
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

4. Health and Safety Engineer
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental Science
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- Fluency in the English language
- Ability to identify workplace hazards and implement control measures
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in training and capacity building on HSE topics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
