International Clinical Laboratories (ICL) stands as one of the largest independent clinical diagnostic centers on the African continent. Established in 2004, ICL aims to “contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the quality of life throughout Ethiopia” by implementing a system of human and physical resources tailored to address the evolving healthcare needs of the population it serves.
It is the sole laboratory to have received accreditation from the USA-based Joint Commission International (JCI) five consecutive times. The laboratory offers over 3000 tests in partnership with its referral laboratories. ICL is seeking to fill the following vacant positions and invites all qualified and competent applicants to apply:
Position 1: Client Service Representative
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in health-related fields, Health Officers, Nurses, and Medical Laboratory professionals.
- 2 and above years of experience in a similar role.
Required Skills:
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills
- The ability to work autonomously and hold themselves accountable.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- Maintain high a level of honesty and integrity
Salary: As per the company scale
Location: AA1 (Addis Ababa)
Position 2: Regional Sales Officer
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related fields or a degree in Laboratory science or other degrees in the medical field.
- 1-3 experience in similar role.
- Expert Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills
- Fluent oral and written English.
