International Clinical Laboratories (ICL), a distinguished partner of Cerba Lancet Africa, stands as one of the largest independent clinical diagnostic centers across the African continent. As the sole laboratory in Ethiopia to have received accreditation from the USA-based Joint Commission International (JCI) for five consecutive terms, we offer exceptional clinical environments and more than 300 advanced diagnostic tests.

ICL is seeking to fill the following vacant positions within the Business Development Department and invites all qualified and competent applicants to apply:

Position 1: HR Officer

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position;
  • PC literacy (MS Offices)
  • Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • BA degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2 years and above similar work experience,

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Sales Officer

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related fields or a degree in Laboratory science or other degrees in the medical field.
  • 1-3 experience in similar role.
  • Expert Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills
  • Fluent oral and written English.
