The inception of establishing a giant private water resource development company goes back to 2008GC.
Since then, we have grown in leaps and bounces to become Hydroplane Groups, an amalgamation of businesses in water works, building and road construction, business apartments, export, import, mining, tourism and more with a paid up capital of Birr 61,710,000.00 as of July 08,2024.

Position 6: Senior water works Project Forman
- Qualification: B.Sc or Diploma in Civil /Hydraulic/ Irrigation, Cotem engineering and related fields
- Experience: 15 years of practical project experience in water supply such as building RC reservoir 1000M3 or above.

Position 7: Admin Officer
- Qualification: B.A/Diploma in Management, Business administration, Economics etc.
- Experience: 15 years for BA & 18 years for Diploma of proven experience in the required field

Position 8: Project Coordinator
- Qualification: B.A/Diploma in Management, Business administration, Economics, social works etc
- Experience: 12 years for BA & 15 years for Diploma of proven experience in the required field • Proven competence of Afaan Oromoo(written and spoken) is mandatory
