Position Summary
Position : Junior Booking Agent
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Booking Agent to join our call center team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer bookings, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, platform in a timely and professional manner.
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the company’s reservation system.
- Provide service information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Basic computer and smartphone usage.
- Familiarity with data entry and customer call logging systems.
- Typing speed of at least 25–35 WPM is recommended.

Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Management ,Hotel Management , Tourism Management, Marketing, Business Administration & Public administration.
- Experience: Zero Years of experience
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Good data entry and computer skills (MS Office, CRM, booking software).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
