Position 1: Senior Financial Industry Solutions & Sales Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 5–10 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in enterprise ICT, technology solutions, or financial services sales.
- Previous experience working with or selling solutions involving Oracle, VMware, IBM, Cisco, or other leading enterprise technology platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Ethiopian financial services market, including banking, insurance, fintech, and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to conduct executive-level engagements and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in solution selling, business development, and managing complex enterprise sales projects.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required to support customer engagements and business development activities.
Position 2: Contract and Commercial Manager
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in telecom contract negotiation, commercial management, bid management, or a related field.
- Proven success in contract negotiation and commercial operations within the telecommunications or ICT industry.
- Strong understanding of telecom contract structures, bidding processes, and commercial terms.
- Knowledge of legal, financial, taxation, and compliance principles related to commercial contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to apply a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach to commercial negotiations.
Position 3: Power Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Electromagnetic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom power systems, preferably supporting wireless network infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Diesel Generators (DG), AC/DC power systems, batteries, rectifiers, and telecom power infrastructure.
- Experience using power monitoring and management tools such as NetEco and OWS is preferred.
Position 4: Data Center Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data center design, implementation, commissioning, or project delivery.
- Experience managing medium- to large-scale data center infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- Experience working with international customers, consultants, and contractors is an advantage.
Position 5: Core Network Product Technical Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telecom core network delivery, cloud core technologies, network integration, or technical support.
- Experience with mobile core network technologies such as CS Core, IMS, EPC, 5GC, HSS, PCRF/PCF, NFV, MANO, and SVC is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
- Relevant industry certifications such as Huawei HCIA/HCIP/HCIE, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, Red Hat RHCSA/RHCE, OpenStack, or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) are highly desirable.
