This program will offer practical experience for young professionals at the Propylene Technology Factory. Position 1: Accounting Clerk
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably with exposure to basic accounting or sales documentation.
- Familiarity with Ethiopian financial procedures (VAT, Withholding and others)

Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in automotive, after-sales, or service-oriented environments.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Sales Officer
- Education Qualification: BSc/BA in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Marketing Management or in other related disciplines.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 2 (Two) years of demonstrated work experience as a Sales Professional in Automotive Sector.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Senior Credit Sales Officer
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in credit control, debt collection, or financial sales.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Peachtree)
- Familiarity with Ethiopian tax laws (VAT, Withholding tax) and banking procedures (CPO handling, bank transfers).
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Senior Auto Electrician
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, Auto Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an Auto Electrician, with proven experience in EV or hybrid vehicle systems.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical architecture and EV powertrain components.
- Proven ability to work with ERP systems.
