Position 1: Programme Manager – Child Protection & Policy
Education
- MA/MSc in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Community Development, Development Studies, and related social and behavioural science fields
Experience
- At least 8 years’ experience working in a similar senior position in INGOs.
- Extensive experience in programme development, management and monitoring.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Child Protection in programming and current policy
- Experience working with vulnerable children and families
Key Skills & Attributes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, reporting and presentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written are required
- Establishes and maintains excellent track record of communications with partners and colleagues.
- Managing Partner Relationships.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Computer literacy in all Microsoft Office functions.
Position 2: Senior Finance Officer
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ commerce/ finance.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in finance or accounting in the development sector.
- 5 years in a senior finance/supervisory role within humanitarian or development programs, with proven experience in budget development and supervisory responsibilities.
- Prior experience in NGO/INGO financial operations is required.
- Experience managing UNICEF grants is an advantage.
Soft Skills:

Position 3: Community Facilitator
Education:
- Grade 12 completed or above.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-year experience in community engagement working with an international NGO.
- SHG or community facilitation experience.
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic digital literacy for photos and reporting.
