Position: Procurement Assistant (GIT)
Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh Graduate
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional speaker in English and Amharic requires for the job
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Track and organize procurement-related documents (PFI’s, POs, contracts, delivery notes, etc.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation before submission for approval
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for procurement records.
- Liaise with the finance department to follow up on vendor payments
- Ensure timely submission of payment requests with complete supporting documents
- Track payment status and update vendors accordingly
