Position : Trade Services Analyst Intern
Role Summary
- The Trade Services Analyst Intern will support the Commercial Assets team in maintaining accurate asset records, monitoring asset deployment and registration, validating data, and assisting with reporting and data quality initiatives. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial assets are accurately tracked and managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating commercial asset databases.
- Support asset deployment, registration, and reconciliation activities.
- Validate outlet, customer, and asset master data.
- Prepare and update Excel reports and dashboards.
- Analyze data discrepancies and assist in resolving data quality issues.
- Monitor asset movement and registration status.
- Coordinate with Sales and Regional teams to collect and verify information.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform administrative and analytical tasks assigned by the Commercial Assets team.
