Hagerie Television is actively looking for a skilled and motivated Junior IT Technician to become a part of our team.
Hagerie TV is a new television station that has commenced broadcasting, serving a diverse audience within Ethiopia and beyond in the channel’s target area. Position: Junior IT Technician
Qualifications:
- 10+4 in Information Technology or Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, etc.) and productivity software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Career Level: Entry
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees and assist with hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide timely solutions.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and access control.
- Schedule and upload the broadcast playlist
- Schedule, upload, and broadcast Daily News and Weekly programs on social media
- Create thumbnails for News and Programs
- Supports daily IT activities of the organization
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies.
