Position: Finance Specialist -P2P Operations

Qualifications:

  • BA Degree in Accounting and finance or related field
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems will be a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review payment requests, check completeness of supporting documents and approve.
  • Make sure payment and advance requests are paid in a timely as per the payment term.
  • Prepare an ageing report of supplier advances and follow up for timely receipt of goods/services, and provide justification of aged items more than 3 months, aligning with the procurement team
  • Review, approve employee advance/settlement and report outstanding balance and ageing summary.
  • Perform clearing of vendor, GRIR and condition clearing accounts for local purchase.
  • Prepare an ageing report for GRIR and condition clearing accounts for local purchase and communicate/follow-up with the respective department for settlement of aged items.
  • Establish petty cash, review payment, and approve replenishment

  • Reconcile all vendor accounts against the vendors’ balance and take corrective measures when there is a discrepancy.
  • Prepare staff accounts ageing report, communicate to respective staff and department heads and follow up on long outstanding items to be settled.
  • Maintains effective relationships with internal customers and vendors.
  • Manage and resolve customer enquiries.
  • Ensure accurate and complete vendor records.
