Greatrock Trading(Boutique Hotel) PLC Vacancy

We are launching a new boutique hotel with 30 rooms, situated just 5 minutes away from Bole International Airport, and we are in search of a motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily operations.

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to become part of our team. While previous experience in hospitality is advantageous, we prioritize proactiveness, a positive demeanor, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to exceptional service. Proficiency in both English and Amharic (both written and spoken) is crucial. You will serve as the initial point of contact for guests, ensuring that their stay is both seamless and memorable.

Position: Front Desk Receptionist for Boutique Hotel

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (with 2 and more years of experience) in Hospitality,
  • experience is highly valued and considered as a great asset

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English and Amharic (excellent reading/writing abilities).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in computers (MS Office, email, basic software, HMS/PMS & OTA platforms like Booking.com).

Personality Traits:

  • Proactive, Outgoing, resilient, and customer focused.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments; maintains composure under pressure.

Work Ethic: Highly accountable, punctual, and eager to grow within the hospitality industry.

Preferred:

  • 2 and more years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles We Offer:
