Qualifications and Experience Required
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

Experience
- Fresh Graduate to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Internship or work experience in real estate, customer service, legal practice, contract administration, compliance, or related fields is an added advantage.

- Professional procurement certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or contract administration.
- Experience in a corporate office, manufacturing, construction, trading, or group company environment is highly preferred.
- Experience in procurement coordination and procurement reporting is an added advantage.
Position 3: General Manager – Yekatit Paper Converting PLC
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, Operations Management, Industrial Management, Manufacturing Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology, Packaging Engineering, or other related fields.
- A Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 13 years of progressively responsible experience in the manufacturing sector.
- At least 7 years in senior leadership positions such as General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Operations Director, Plant Director, Factory Manager, or equivalent executive role.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end manufacturing operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Experience in paper converting, printing, packaging, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading business transformation, operational turnaround, productivity improvement, cost optimization, organizational restructuring, and performance improvement initiatives.

- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, production management, and business administration.
