The reasons behind the inception of this, the first of its kind or pioneer private mortgage bank in Ethiopia include huge housing backlog, unaffordability of houses due to the rising cost of construction, persistent inflation, poor housing financing scheme in the country, among others.
Position 1: Administrative Assistant I
- Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management or in business Related filed or Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management and 3/4 years related work experience.
Salary: As per the Bank Scale (Attractive).

Position 2: Senior Administrative Assistant
