Position: Sales (Fresh Graduate)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box for marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new leads, customers, and business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management.
- Participate in product development and pricing strategies based on market feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
