EthSwitch serves as the National Switch, owned collectively by all banks, both private and public, operating in Ethiopia, along with the National Bank of Ethiopia, Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), Payment Instrument Issuers (PIIs), and Payment Service Operators (PSOs).
EthSwitch is tasked with establishing interoperability among financial institutions, executing a Domestic Payment Scheme, offering a National Payment Gateway, acting as a central hub for clearing and settlement, and delivering shared platform and infrastructure services.
Position: Client Relationship Management Officer II
Qualification:
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Systems, computer science, software engineering or related fields of studies
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
A client Relationship management officer assigned and permanently discharging the activities under the supervision of the Client relationship Management Division are presented considering several communication channels to reach Clients and various stakeholders of the company.
As a client Relationship management officer, you will work directly with clients to meet their needs, answer their questions, and provide support. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic. As a result, major duties and responsibilities are discussed as follows.
