Position: Litigation Manager
Qualifications:
Degree In LLB with 4 years of experience in the filed
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of litigation cases, including but not limited to civil, commercial, regulatory, and employment disputes. Evaluate the merits of each case and develop effective strategies for resolution.
- Assign cases to attorneys and support staff, ensuring proper distribution of workload. Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Review and approve key litigation documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of litigation cases, including but not limited to civil, commercial, regulatory, and employment disputes.
