The Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) is pleased to announce that it is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the following permanent employment vacancies.
The Federal Civil Service Commission invites eligible individuals to submit their applications for the available positions at the Educational Assessment and Examinations Service. Candidates who are successful in the selection process will be offered permanent employment.
As stated in the vacancy announcement published in the Addis Zemen Newspaper on August 3, 2026 (Hamle 28, 2018 E.C.), interested and qualified individuals are encouraged to register online within seven (7) consecutive working days from the date of this announcement.

- Applicants with educational qualifications and work experience above the minimum requirements are eligible to apply.
- The registration period is within 7 consecutive working days from the date of this announcement in the Addis Zemen newspaper, via the online link provided below.
- Candidates submitting degree credentials obtained from 2015 E.C. (2022/2023) onwards must present proof of passing the Exit Exam.
- Candidates competing at the TVET/Technical level must present a COC assessment certificate.
- Work experience certificates from private organizations must show that income tax was paid.
- Applicants are responsible for the legal authenticity of the educational and work experience credentials they submit.
- The date and location for examinations for shortlisted applicants will be announced later.
- Persons with disabilities and women are encouraged to apply.
