Position 1: Contact Center Advisor – Aff-Somali
Vacancy Code: IRC40337
Qualification: B.A. Degree in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Economics, or Accounting.
Experience: Not Required.
Language: Proficiency in Amharic and English, with fluency in Aff-Somali mandatory.
Location: Ethiopia

Grade: 4.SB41

- Prepare statements of claims, statements of defense, memoranda of appeal, and other pleadings.
- Appear before courts and other quasi-judicial bodies competent to adjudicate disputes in which the company is a party.
- Prepare legal advice and opinions on relatively less complex subjects.
- Represent the company in out-of-court settlement negotiations.
